His keen insight into human behavior in high stress situations in the wilderness & in the corporate world has earned him an unmatched reputation as a resilience expert.
Divyesh brings with him experience of being a trained and active mountaineer for 39 years. He has participated in 28 Himalayan Expeditions. Climbed 36 Himalayan peaks, some of them being the most challenging and difficult routes. He was the leader of five of his seven joint expeditions with foreign teams.
His expertise lies in setting up systems and processes and business strategies. He has practiced in the area of Internal Audits, Accounting Systems, ERP project management, Company Law and setting up of Family Business Arrangements.
Today, as a senior behaviorist with The Bottom Line Leadership Consulting LLP, he spearheads the Leadership Resilience Practice.
Divyesh conducts interventions in the area of leadership resilience & how to positively bounce forward from setbacks. His vast experience in the outdoor, as an expedition leader and team player and his exposure to a spectrum of businesses from his Chartered Accountancy practice allows him to show clients a way forward to manage growth, constraints, set back & the accompanying high stress / high volatility associated with it.
He is an avid photographer and has exhibited his photographs from 30 years of Mountaineering at the NCPA in Mumbai titled “Himalayan Mystique”
