Angela is a seasoned HR professional with 26 years of regional and international experience. She has served in progressive HR and leadership roles in MNC organizations in pharmaceutical, medical devices, chemicals and professional services.
Over the years her career has taken her to great heights in reputed organisations, for instance she was the Regional L&D Manager, Asia Pacific, Regional HRIS Rollout Manager (Asia Pacific & India Subcontinent) - International Flavors & Fragrances; Head of HR, Global Head of Compensation & Benefits - Sampoerna Group; HR Director - ASEAN & Korea; Local HR Business Partner (India), Regional HR Business Partner, Merck Consumer Healthcare Division (Asia Pacific) and Associate Director - HR Space Matrix.
Angela has worked on international assignments in the USA and India. Having been in the human resources field she has a keen understanding of human nature & implementing strategy through people.
As a behaviourist, she brings in expertise and passion in the area of organization culture and engagement, supporting and bringing out the best in others through coaching, L&D, mentoring.
