AS the India Learning Lead - Learning and Leadership Development at Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab -She has won tremendous recognition for her In-depth involvement in the Learning Centre of Excellence to strategize & leverage the learning across Honeywell Learning COE’s to build & nurture the new leadership talent and to bring about the concept of One Honeywell.

As a Domain Head, Southern Region, Hero Mind mine, a Division of Hero Corporate Services she Lead a team of 30 managers in Learning and Development. She is the Founder member of a non profit called Sparsh Foundation, Bangalore that aims to help people to enable personal growth and development. Her work has impacted thousands of people to gain autonomy in various fields with a professional touch.
